About the Secure Text Vault

The Secure Text Vault lets you encrypt messages (up to 5000 characters) and share them via a secure link or emoji key. Only someone with the link and PIN (if you set one) can open the content. We use AES-256 encryption and never store your PIN or plain text.

Best for: One-time secrets—passwords, verification codes, private notes, or sensitive info you want to send safely.

How to create an encrypted secret

  1. Paste your content, then choose PIN mode (optional), emoji key length, storage duration, and delete-after-view options.
  2. Click Generate Emoji Secret and copy the emoji key or view link.
  3. Share the link (and PIN separately if used). The recipient opens it on the View page to decrypt.

Tip: Enable “Delete after first view” for one-time read; use a PIN when only one person should open the message.
